Equipped with 7 infrared lights and 3D DNR technology, the camera provides ultra-sharp and vivid night vision up to 260ft. By linking it with the Floodlight PoE (not included), you can create a brighter and smarter security system. Designed to withstand rain, snow, or heat, this waterproof camera stands guard in harsh weather conditions, offering all-year-round protection.
Powered by PoE (Power over Ethernet), the RLC-823A 16X can load 4K UHD images under high bitrates with unmatched stability, transmitting data, power, and sound via a single Ethernet cable. This PoE security camera can record motion events and 24/7 continuous videos to a microSD card (up to 256GB), a Reolink NVR (up to 12TB HDD), or an FTP server, with no monthly subscription needed.
Reolink offers a variety of security products, allowing you to DIY a multi-functional PoE system. The RLC-823A 16X smart PTZ PoE IP camera features a resolution of 3840x2160 at 25fps, a varifocal lens with a 54.2°-3.6° field of view, and a range of up to 80 meters (260ft) for infrared night vision. It supports IEEE 802.3at PoE, DC 12V power, and is compatible with the latest Reolink NVR models.
The camera's smart alarm capabilities include motion detection, person detection, vehicle detection, and pet detection. It can handle up to 20 user accounts, with support for up to 12 simultaneous video streams. The built-in microphone and speaker enable two-way audio communication.
Compared to other Reolink PoE PTZ cameras, the RLC-823A 16X stands out with its 16X optical zoom, while the RLC-823A, Reolink Trackmix PoE, E1 Outdoor PoE, and RLC-830A offer 5X, 6X hybrid, 3X optical, and digital zoom, respectively. All models share features like 8MP resolution, animal/human/vehicle detection, and color night vision (except the RLC-823A 16X).
